These children's Ruffle Knickers are made in the USA from extra soft Spiritex 100% Organic Cotton 1 x 1 Baby Rib. These bottoms are fitted like leggings but stop just above the knee with a fun ruffle detail. The smaller sizes have a gusset to allow for diaper room.
