What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Shop Pay.
Upon confirming all shipping and billing details, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account. Click on "view order status" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please call us at (828) 254-3375 or email email@example.com immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
When will I be charged?
We will charge your credit card when you place your order.
My item is back-ordered, what does that mean?
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has been sold out but is in the works (we manufacture everything from seed to shirt). We will notify you of estimated ship date or if it is sold out and we can not fill your order. If you don’t want to wait on the backordered items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. In the body of the email write, “I’d like to be refunded for this order.”
How will my order be shipped?
All orders will ship out within 3-5 business days from the date of the order (unless the order is placed on the weekend). We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. We will ship via the method you choose during check out.
We will only ship via USPS priority or UPS to ensure the delivery of your merchandise.
UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are unable to ship retail items internationally. If you are interested in receiving orders internationally, please coordinate shipment with an international broker.
What is your return policy?
Spiritex will accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days of shipping date. Return authorization is not required. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you elect to exchange your item, we will cover the shipping back to you. Sale items are non-refundable but we will happily exchange or provide store credit for sale items. We do not accept returns that have strong odors, are dirty or worn/washed. Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke, and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them.

Please ship back to us the item(s) you would like to return via your preferred shipping method, with the original invoice number, and indicate whether you would like to exchange it for another item of if you would like to return it all together. Items will be refunded in the manner of the original payment.
How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
Spiritex will accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days of shipping date. Most returns are processed within ten business days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed.
How will my return be credited?
Your return will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase, unless it is a non-refundable sale item, in which case it will be honored as store credit and you can make an exchange or receive a gift certificate. If you paid with a gift certificate a new gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the credit and emailed to you.
How do you care for your clothing?
We recommend hand wash and line drying all of your Spiritex garments for maximum longevity. Machine wash and dry are safe; however, for maximum life, hand wash and line dry are optimal.
